Come out and join us as we celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The event is free and open to the public. Sponsored by the Palm Beach State District Diversity Council.

The keynote speaker this year will be Tim Wise, an anti-racist writer and educator. Named one of "25 Visionaries Who are Changing Your World," by Utne Reader, Wise has spoken in all 50 states, on over 1000 college and high school campuses, and to community groups across the nation.

Join us in the Dolly Hand Lobby for an event where we remember Martin Luther King and celebrate his history! There will be a live streaming of the MLK Celebration on the Lake Worth campus. Keynote speaker is Tim Wise. This event is free and open to all PBSC students, faculty and staff.

Women Soccer Tryouts [LW]
PBSC Women's Soccer club will be having tryouts for the 2019 spring semester. Tryout dates are scheduled for: Wednesday, Jan. 16 and Thursday, Jan. 17 at 5 p.m. Arrive for tryouts at least 15 minutes earlier and wear appropriate soccer attire. Tryouts are open to currently enrolled PBSC students.

Requirements:
•  Currently enrolled in 2 classes minimum (or 6 credits);
•  2.0 cumulative GPA or higher (not applicable if HS graduate);
•  Required to have health insurance if selected for the team.
