Attend this one-hour workshop to help you get prepared to present the best you! Workshops will be held on the following dates: Oct. 16, Nov. 30 & Dec. 4. This free event is sponsored by the Career Center and is open to current PBSC students. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to the start of the workshop. No registration required.

Tres Vidas Live Performance [BG]
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Core Ensemble will be presenting Tres Vidas (Three Lives), which is a live music theatre work featuring a singing actress and trio of musicians (cello, piano and percussion). The theatre work is based on the lives of three legendary Latin American Women: Mexican painter Frida Kahlo, Salvadoran peasant activist Rufina Amaya and Argentine poet Alfonsina Storni. Refreshments will be served. Sponsored by Student Activities Department. This event is free and open to current PBSC students, faculty & staff.

Learn about biotech courses and internships, tour our high-tech facilities, meet faculty, hear from students and try on a lab coat! Advanced registration is required. Many students find themselves unsure of the process for transferring and may experience "transfer burn out" for many reasons. The persentation will share how PBSC Advising prepares our students to make a seamless transition to any academic institution. This event is free and open to the public.

Hear about exciting career opportunities in the cosmetology, facial or nail industries and how Palm Beach State College can prepare you for entry into these fields. Attend one of these free sessions and you'll be given a program presentation, meet the instructors and take a tour of our facilities. We will be able to answer all of the questions you'll need to know to make an informed decision. Scheduled sessions will be held on Oct. 16, Nov. 6 & Dec. 4 from 4:00-4:30pm for facials and nails and from 4:30-5:30pm for cosmetology.
