SNAP Benefit Screening [LW]
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) improves access to adequate nutrition for eligible individuals and families, yet many households are not participating in the program.

The Panther Empowerment Resource Center has partnered with the Palm Beach County Food Bank to bring trained Benefits Counselors to the Lake Worth campus. If you want to be screened for eligibility, there are a limited number of appointments available on October 31 and November 1.

Would you like to meet Local Hidden figures? The Student Activities Center would like to kick off November, by taking part in a discussion with successful African American Women. We will be discussing how gender and equality has affected the career path of these significant women. Come join us, get your Prowl Card punched, and be inspired.

Massage Therapy Info Session [BR]
The Massage Therapy Program is designed to prepare our students for employment as licensed massage therapists. Practice in the lab and with clients in a public student clinic prepares our students for “real world” experience. 

The goal of the Massage Therapy Program is to provide high quality, employment-focused workforce training designed to meet the changing needs of our diverse community. Attendance at an Information Session is strongly encouraged. Important information will be discussed including program details and requirements, class information, department tour, introduction to instructors, tuition and related costs and other pertinent details.

All info sessions are free and open to the public.

A night in celebration of Halloween and Día de los Muertos, featuring candy, face painting, music, balloon animals, a movie on the lawn, and more! Students, staff, and faculty are welcome! This event is free and open to PBSC students, faculty/staff.
