The New Faculty Experience (NFE) is a year-long series of dialogues, seminars, and workshops to integrate new faculty into full-time life at the College. Its aim is to make the first year at Palm Beach State as seamless as possible while building upon the unique experiences and talents that our new faculty bring with them. The NFE sessions will use their experiences and support for one another to explore all the College has to offer, navigate college policy for full-time faculty, enhance teaching strategies for our specific student populations, and build community.
