The Student Learning Center Open House is an opportunity for Students, Faculty, and Staff to discover the many free resources available to increase students' academic success. Enjoy popcorn, puzzles, and puppies and an opportunity to post academic goals. This is a free event and open to all PBSC students, faculty and staff. Caribbean Week/Hispanic Heritage Month Kick-Off [BR]
Help us celebrate the day the Hispanic heritage landed in the Americas. The performance is a Multicultural festival where we learn about the various countries in Latin America through various dances, authentic costumes, music and song. Dances will include Brazilian Samba, Mexican and Colombian Folkloric traditional dances. This event is free and open to PBSC students, faculty, and staff.

Misoo Filan: Inner Struggles Fought on Paper [PBG]
The Art gallery will be showing Misoo Filan's large ink works on paper that uses symbols and non-representational ink marks as a way to process and express her story though art. The opening reception is September 18th, 5-8pm. The event is free and light bites will be served. Exhibition dates are Sept 18th-Oct 19th, 2018. All are welcome to attend.
