Exploring Majors and Careers Workshops [BR]
Designed to help students learn about majors and careers and the steps involved in choosing a major. Students will learn about the degrees and majors offered at PBSC. 

A brief interest inventory will be administered for students to begin exploring majors related to their career interests. Resources to explore majors and research occupations will be presented.

Advanced registration is preferred. This event is free and open to all PBSC students. Sponsored by the Career Center.

Biotechnology Program Info Session [PBG]
Join us for a one-hour workshop designed for new and prospective students who are curious about a career in biomedical research, laboratory science, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, product manufacturing, diagnostics, genomics, proteomics and disease models. Learn about biotech courses and internships, tour our high-tech facilities, meet faculty, hear from students and try on a lab coat! Advanced registration is required. We would like to inform PBSC students about the Honors College. In keeping with the mission of Palm Beach State College, the purpose of the Honors College is to provide a challenging and supportive academic environment. The Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship is for college students seeking to complete their bachelor’s degrees at four-year colleges or universities. Each Cooke Scholar has access to financial support for two to three years, college planning support, ongoing advising, and the opportunity to connect with fellow scholars.
