South Florida PBS (WPBT & WXEL) invites you to a screening of "VOCES: Adios Amor, The Search For Maria Moreno", in partnership with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County. Learn about the life of Maria Moreno, a migrant mother and outspoken leader in an era when women were relegated to the background. The first farm worker woman in America to be hired as a union organizer, Maria’s story was silenced, and her legacy buried—until now. The event is free and open to the public.
